Colonial Life partnered with a municipality and over 70 schools across the Northeast to address challenges and enhance their employee benefits offering. By leveraging our trusted partner network and combining voluntary benefits, we were able to create a more robust benefits package. We offered virtual, over-the-phone and on-site enrollment options, ensuring accessibility for all employees. Benefits counselors were present at numerous locations, providing personalized support and guidance. Colonial Life also implemented a comprehensive onsite communication effort and deployed a digital communication and education campaign to ensure employees were well-informed about their benefits options.
