How the federal vaccine mandate may affect employers

On September 9, 2021, the federal government announced a plan to require all employers with more than 100 workers to ensure all employees are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or that they comply with testing requirements. While many details of the plan have yet to be finalized, here’s what we know about the plan’s requirements and implementation so far.
