1-to-1 benefits counseling

Benefits can be complex, and it's important to make the choices that best fit your lifestyle and budget. That’s why our benefit counselors talk with you 1-to-1 to help you fully understand all your benefits options.

Our benefit counselors help simplify the entire benefits process, and they take this responsibility seriously. They provide a private consultation to help you understand how each benefit election impacts your paycheck. They can:

  • Simplify complex benefit concepts
  • Answer your questions
  • Walk you through the enrollment process

Employees consistently respond that these 1-to-1 meetings improve their benefits knowledge and help them make the right choices.

Is your health coverage enough?

Even the best health care plans don’t cover everything. You can still have out-of-pocket costs, such as:

  • Deductibles
  • Co-pays
  • Co-insurance
  • Prescriptions

Voluntary benefits can help fill the gaps

Our voluntary benefits are designed to complement your health insurance by helping you with the expenses that your health care plan doesn’t cover.

Unlike many insurance products, our voluntary benefits are portable, meaning you can take them with you if you change jobs or retire. Benefits are paid directly to you, so you can use them however you like.

Support for your family's wellness

With many of our policies, you could receive a payment simply for having certain types of wellness screenings and exams.

Covered screenings often include:

  • Cholesterol screenings
  • Mammograms
  • Pap tests
  • PSA (blood test for prostate cancer)
  • Colonoscopy
  • HDL/LDL/Lipid testing
  • Stress tests
  • And many more

Policies that may pay wellness benefits include:

  • Accident insurance
  • Disability insurance
  • Critical illness insurance
  • Cancer insurance
  • Hospital indemnity insurance

Upcoming company enrollment?

Be sure to schedule a 1-to-1 meeting with a benefits counselor who will help you understand how to get the most out of your current medical and voluntary benefit options. They’ll also walk you through the enrollment process and answer any questions.
