Verify your account contact information
To ensure that you never miss any communications or payments from us, make sure that your profile is up-to-date:
- Visit Member Services to register or login
- In the My Profile section, update your contact information, in case we need to reach you, as well as details related to your dependents
- Sign up for direct deposit to make sure you never miss a payment
- Add a bank account on the Direct Deposit page by entering your banking information in the appropriate field.
- If you would like to add direct deposit to an existing claim, please email us after adding your banking to your profile. You can use our Contact Us page. In the email, tell us you’ve added your banking information online and provide the applicable claim number.
