Welcome to Colonial Life email
Be on the lookout for several “getting started” emails from Colonial Life to your personal email address. Watch for two separate emails that will give you the directions to access your Colonial Life sales email account and our exclusive agent website (Propr).
Pro tips:
- Login instructions are good for 72 hours.
- Open Microsoft 365 Initial Login Steps.
- Bookmark the URL for portal.office.com for quick access.
- Install the correct app: Be sure to download the Microsoft Authenticator app. Once installed, the app will appear on your device as Authenticator.
Personal access to Propr email
Access tools and resources on our exclusive agent website (Propr) to manage sales, track performance, find training opportunities and learn about our incentive programs. Look for our email “Your personal access to Propr” in your personal email for directions to access our exclusive agent website (Propr).
Pro tip: Bookmark the URL for Propr for quick access.
Business cards (digital and print)

Digital business cards
Why choose digital: Our digital business cards work on all smartphones and include features for contactless sharing, QR codes and simple plug-and-play.
Set up account: Create and access your digital business card account.
Steps for setup: Follow these steps to set up your digital business card (Mobilo).
- Get welcome email from Mobilo Support (support@mobilocard.com).
- Log in to Mobilo using email and temporary password from welcome email.
- Select Profile Setting to update your personal information, including your title and optional headshot (square format).
- Save all changes.
- Look out for emails that will help you optimize your digital business card.

Print business cards
Why choose print: Print business cards help make a lasting impression at client meetings, networking events and other professional settings.
Set up your account: Create your business card account to print business cards and stationery.
Steps for ordering: Follow these steps to order your print business cards.
- Check out page 3 for logo options in the Colonial Life Independent Agent Brand Guidelines; (NY version) for your business cards.
- Register as a new user.
- Look out for registration email with temporary password.
- At login, select sales manager or sales representative.
- Complete personal profile (information will appear on your business card).
- Select business cards to order and review proof.
- Select Colonial Life or Paul Revere company.
- Submit order.
Pro tip: Get your first 500 business cards for free by using your Colonial Life sales email address to register your account. After the first year, agents may continue to order one free box of 500 business cards per calendar year.
Device options overview
Choose the right technology setup for your workflow from the following options:
- Managed deviceColonial Life-Managed Device option offers the most secure and robust experience, including full support, Harmony Offline access, and rental options, but it comes at a higher cost and with limited hardware choices. It's only available from RUSH Computer Rentals.
- Encrypted desktopBring your own Windows 11 Pro Device option that meets Colonial Life security requirements and supports full Harmony reporting at a lower cost than Colonial Life-Managed Devices. This option doesn't include Harmony Offline and is not compatible with Macs or iPads.
- Personal device (As-is)Use your existing device with no extra security or management requirements. It supports Harmony and third-party online enrollments, requires no operating system updates or setup, and is the lowest‑cost option. However, it doesn’t support Harmony Offline, detailed reporting, or advanced tools, and support is limited since the device isn’t managed.

Exclusive prospecting app
Find and connect with high-quality business leads using Agent Assist — our exclusive prospecting app designed for agents. Key features include:
- Claim leads from a master list in your territory
- Access key details and a map view for business leads

How to create a support ticket by email
- Send an email to Enrollment Solution Service Desk from any email address.
- Include your first and last name, producer code, contact phone number, email and reason for your request.
- The ChangeGear system will automatically generate your support ticket and send you an email notification.
- Watch your email for update notifications for your ticket or log in to the ChangeGear system with your Colonial Life sales email to review your active tickets.
