When you or a covered family member has suffered an illness or injury covered by your policy, the next step is to file a claim for the benefits of your Colonial coverage.

We hope you never have to use your Colonial insurance coverage, but if you do, we’re here for what happens next. We understand that you have to get back to your life, and that you don’t
have time to follow up on claims you filed. Our claims process is simple. Colonial works to resolve your claim so that you can receive any applicable benefits in a timely manner. If additional information is needed that prevents us from making a final decision, our claims specialists will send you a written request for the additional information.

Automated filing
Wellness or health screening claims can be filed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling the Colonial Service Center (1-800-325-4368). With this automated option, you can file your claim when it best suits your schedule.
