Rob Quell is the Vice President, Broker and Special Market Development for Colonial Life. He is responsible for leading Colonial Life's broker distribution strategy team, national broker partnerships, competitive intelligence, and resources specializing in key industry segments such as public sector. Rob has been with Unum and Colonial Life for 15 years and has held various roles in Large Employer Sales, Enrollment Technology, IT Portfolio Management, Underwriting, and Claims. Rob has a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in International Business from the Darla Moore School of Business (University of South Carolina). He is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Associate of Life and Health Claims (ALHC).

Chanè Hines has been working closely with small business owners, brokers, and benefits experts for over a decade in her career with Colonial Life. She has a passion for explaining and decoding voluntary benefits and working with customers to drive the adoption of benefits programs. Originally from South Africa, Chanè moved to the U.S. to study at the University of South Alabama. Upon graduation, she moved into a role with Colonial Life and has gone on to drive market development in Alabama, followed by another leadership role in Florida. In 2020, she was promoted to take on a leadership role and oversee the state of Nevada.
