Kaleb Unverfehrt is the Vice President of Enrollment Strategy and Solutions for Colonial Life. He oversees client enrollment positioning and fulfillment across both the Unum and Colonial Life brands. His team focuses on ensuring that the right processes, tools and talent are aligned to deliver quality benefits education and engagement experiences to workers via the nearly 50,000 enrollment events Colonial Life supports annually. Outside of work, Unverfehrt serves on the Board of Directors at Transitions, a non-profit focused on ending homelessness in South Carolina. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in international business from the University of South Carolina.

Vice President, Colonial Life Marketing

Michelle White is the Vice President of Marketing for Colonial Life. She leads a marketing organization that works alongside the Colonial Life sales organization to support and deliver on their growth strategy. White has been with Unum and Colonial Life for over 16 years and has previously held roles with Colonial Life leading recruitment, sales training and development, client management and retention and with Unum in finance and claims. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Connecticut and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maine and sits on the board for Lexington School District One’s Educational Foundation and Unum’s Political Action Committee.

Senior Vice President and Head of Sales, Colonial Life

Michael Stachowiak is responsible for leading the sales and recruiting activities for Colonial Life's 14,000-member national sales organization. He has almost two decades worth of experience in sales and leadership from across the country. His previous experience includes leading broker and sales teams and spearheading national field and broker strategies across the West Coast and in the states of California, Washington and Oregon. Michael is a graduate of The School of Business at Portland State University and holds a degree in business administration and human resource management. He currently serves as an Editorial Board member for Voluntary Advantage.
