We regularly measure our service through customer surveys, and we’ve consistently scored high marks. We’ll settle for nothing less.

According to a recent survey*:

  • 94 percent of our customers said they are likely to keep their Colonial Life policy. 
  • 94 percent said their Colonial Life representative was professional.
