Colonial Life is prepared to help you following the wildfires in California. If you need special assistance during this time, please call our service representatives for help at 800-325-4368 or email us.
Please be assured we will not cancel coverage for customers in affected counties between October 9, 2017 and November 24, 2017. We’re also extending policy provisions or other requirements that impose a time limit, including the submission of a claim or proof of loss and reporting of information.
If you can’t receive your mail, we can send you claims payments via direct deposit or to an alternate address. And if you need to submit a claim, you can do so online via our eClaims system. To submit a claim, sign up for direct deposit or change your mailing address, log into your account or follow the simple directions to create a new account.
