Colonial named one of the best large companies to work for in South Carolina!

That designation was awarded to Colonial by the Best Companies Group, formed to identify and recognize companies across the country that create excellence and employee satisfaction in the workplace.

Colonial Colonial was judged along with other nominated companies on factors including compensation and benefits programs, work-life programs, community involvement and volunteer opportunities, education and professional development programs, employee recognition programs and communication practices. Input also was collected from a survey of 350 randomly selected Colonial employees.

Best Companies Group partnered with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, the Society for Human Resource Management-S.C. Council, SC JobNetwork.com and the Charleston Regional Business Journal to create the new annual designation in South Carolina.
