Co-Browsing

We also offer the option of co-browsing. It’s the same as a one-to-one enrollment session but conducted over the Internet with a Colonial Life benefits counselor on the phone. Both the benefits counselor and employee log in to our Harmony® enrollment system. The employee has all the advantages of a one-to-one session but it’s simply over the phone.

What does this mean for me?

Enrolling in a Colonial Life personal insurance plan through Co-browsing is the same as a face-to-face, one-to-one session. It’s just over the phone. And it’s more convenient if – for whatever reason – you can’t meet in person with a Colonial Life benefits counselor.

Because of the importance of providing decision-making support and guidance for employees during enrollment, co-browsing offers a third option for one-to-one enrollment support for employees who cannot meet face-to-face with an enroller. All of our one-to-one enrollment options enable us to meet the enrollment needs of your clients, whether they have one location or are multi-state, and still provide benefits counseling support for their employees.
