The Colonial Welcome Center and Colonial College

The Colonial Welcome Center helps sales representatives navigate their way through their first year with the company. This center will help you enroll in Colonial College classes, order business cards and get the start-up materials you need to make sales. 

Colonial College is our unique approach to training new sales representatives. This training program puts new sales representatives into business for themselves – not by themselves. Colonial College classes are offered at 45 training sites across the country and the curriculum includes beginner and advanced courses.
We’ve hosted Colonial sales conferences at a variety of exciting locations to reward outstanding performance and present valuable prizes to sales contest winners. Every year, our incentive program gets better!
